I worked at Juman Factory as Freelancer Quality Consultant, leading a team of five professionals individuals to implement and validate a mobile application integrated with Jumans ERP system. Main Roles: Define quality standards and guidelines for the mobile application based on Jumans requirements, industry best practices, and user expectations Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze functional and non-functional requirements related to quality attributes such as usability, performance, security, and reliability Design and implement an effective test strategy tailored to the specific needs of the mobile application, considering factors such as platform compatibility, device diversity, and user scenarios Track defects throughout the software development lifecycle, from discovery to resolution Prioritize defects based on severity, impact, and business priorities Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans Coordinate the final delivery of the application, including team training, documentation, and transition to ongoing support and maintenance
• I worked at Agon as Full time Project Manager, leading a team of six professionals individuals to implement different GxP, Software Validation, and Quality projects. My main roles were: Leads the Project Team through close collaboration with internal Partners project leadership to achieve design, technical and financial success Prepares, with Leadership input, quality agreements with clients including letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, and professional service agreements Collaborates with Partners and senior team to prepare, issue, and manage compliance plans to align project goals including budget, deliverables and schedule Administers internal control procedures with Project Accountant including billing, collections, percent complete, expense management, and year-end activities Analyzes project reports and proactively manages the profitability of a project Communicates actively through weekly meetings, issuing meeting minutes, accurate project record keeping and sharing project information and correspondence

I worked at APM as Full time Quality Assurance Engineer:
• Performing pre and post-production quality checks and providing related reports accordingly
• Ensuring compliance of plant conditions (Humidity, Temperature…etc.) with set guidelines
• Checking machine conformity to standards as well as ensuring periodic maintenance implementation
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor, carrying out line clearance, acceptance sampling activities as needed
I worked at Pepsico as Full time Quality Control Lab Technician. The work is entirely laboratory based, job begins from planning, setting up, preparing and undertaking a variety of tests following approved protocols, which also requires keeping up-to-date relevant scientific techniques, this job requires a liaising with staff for timetable equipment requirement and work plans, besides running experiments and maintaining equipment and laboratory apparatus, followed by cataloging records and summaries.
