Upgrading the design of the Building Management and Fire
Alarm Systems to comply with the project scope &
specifications.
Leading the decommissioning of the buildings’ MEP
systems and isolation of the systems.
Leading finding deficiencies for the existing buildings and
reporting them.
Inspecting, troubleshooting and recommending solutions
for the problems of the chilled water system
Coordinating & communicating with the project
stakeholders for different phases of the project
Managing the project phases & works, following up and
reporting progress
Revising Design, Shop Drawings and Conducting
Inspections for BMS and Fire Alarm Systems to ensure
quality requirements are met.
Leading the commissioning activities of the Buildings’ MEP
System and assuring the building handover on the time
schedule
Testing, Commissioning & approving the Building
Management & Fire Alarm Systems assuring that the
systems comply with the project specifications.
Designing the applied Building Management System for Al-
Haram Expansion Project (Mega Project)
Programming the controllers and equipment
Coordinating the location of panels, first fix and second fix
equipment with all the contractors
Preparing design submittals, shop drawings & complying with the client’s requirements.
Testing & commissioning of the Building Management System
Integrating the applied Building Management System with other systems using BACNet/MSTP,
Modbus RTU and BACNet/IP
Designing & programming the applied Building Management & Access Control Systems
Preparing submittals and obtaining approvals from the clients.
Testing & Commissioning of the applied Building Management & Access Control Systems
