Process Engineer with seven years of experience, mainly with EPC Contractor. Skilled in Detailed Process Engineering Design and Engineering Maintenance Construction (EMC) projects for brown and green fields, Technical Proposals, Field Support and Commissioning of Oil and Gas facilities.
My responsibilities included:
•FEED evaluation and modifications on Process related documents.
•Prepare PFDs and P&IDs.
•Simulation of different Oil and Gas processes using HYSYS.
•Size process equipment, mainly oil/gas Separators (2 and 3 phase) and H/E.
•Prepare essential process documents such as Design Basis, Operating, Control, Safeguarding, Tie-In & Shutdown Philosophies, Process Datasheets, Cause and Effect Charts.
•Perform different studies such as Surge analysis, Hydraulics, De-pressuring for vessels and Pipelines using HYSYS
•Participate in HAZOP meetings.
•Prepare Technical Proposals.
•Provide Process Engineering support for site operations.
•Provide assistance to start-up team during start up of new facilities.
Involved in preparing enquiries for equipment/instruments to be supplied by other vendors, capital cost and man hour estimation and process engineering activities as listed below for different proposals
Preparing PFD & P& IDs of vendor packages (such as Amine Gas Sweetening, Glycol Dehydration, Fuel Gas Treatment (mainly Filtration), IGF and Desalters)
Preparing equipment data sheets, cause and effect charts, line list and operating manuals of relevant packages.
Attending technical meetings with clients and other vendors.
Participating as an Exhibitor in the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition & Conferences 2006 (12thADEPIC)
