○ Working closely with the sales, admin and marketing domains as a team player.
○ Enhance customer base in the designated region while managing S.L.A's & A.I.D.A process.
○ Operation management role
• Supervise and coordinate activities of sales & promotion staff (Hiring, Appraisals, Motivation Sessions, Training & Termination)
• Preparation and implementation of staff's job descriptions, assessments and promotions,
• Maintain budgetary and expenditure controls and make recommendations.
• Liaison with relevant departments for Maintenance of M.I.S & C.R.M systems
• Locate suitable business opportunities and negotiate initial quotations & agreements.
• Provide and maintain work stations and other facilities, including systems and facility equipment.
• Sales Analysis And Management (D.O.D, D.O.W & W.O.M with monthly and quarterly analysis with close eye over S.T.A & S.G.A's "sales trend & sales gap")
• Sales Target Optimization.
• Sales target Execution & implementation (lead management for sales team and need based sales boost strategies development).
• Getting monthly and annual sales and profit targets Achieved (every time).

• Inventory management & shelf sequencing with store V.M as per brief
• Pricing (Budget Planning and Optimization for Product and Promotion to balance sales gap to achieve targeted R.O.I & manage R.O.M.I ensuring increased net profits).
• Compiling and presenting financial and statistical reports such as budget & sales gap spreadsheets.
• Developing, implementing and analyzing questionnaires for market intelligence tasks
• Acquiring new business opportunities and meeting given targets.
• Assisting marketing managers with promotional and brand activation activities
• Liaison between management and clients for relationship building
• Timely execution of market research and marketing plan.
• Monitor order position and progress by coordinating with quality, production and logistics department.
• Maintain and prepare monthly M.I.S of month on month sales performance.
