Sales: Meeting and exceeding sales targets, upselling products, and helping to drive revenue for the store.
Customer Engagement: Building relationships with repeat customers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Problem Solving: Handling customer complaints or returns and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Cash Handling: Handling cash transactions, operating the cash register, and managing daily cash balances.
Reporting: Generating sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to management.
Opening/Closing Duties: Responsible for opening and closing the store, including security procedures, cash reconciliation.
