IT Related Responsibilities
• Heading IT Operations for all the Abu Dhabi Divisions of Bhatia Brothers Group.
• Managing IT related Deployment, Operation and Support.
• Working closely with Business Heads, IT Management, developers, business users, vendors and other business analysts on requirements, system analysis, design and implementation of new modules, features, reports and business processes.
• Responsible for support of Microsoft CRM, Google Apps, Orion & SUN ERP, Focus Procurement Module, DMS, Procurement software and ensuring continuous process compliance and process improvements.
• Involved in technical assistance/advices to all stake holders so as to minimize overheads expenses and maximize productivity in all areas.
• Business Process Mapping and Business Analysis
CRM Related
• Understands Sales, Marketing, Customer Service processes to assist business and stakeholders in driving process improvements with CRM applications.
• Lead Functional Analysis and Documentation of application enhancements including Functional Design Documentation, Gap Analysis, and Use Cases.
• Help configure applications to meet user requirements using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Extend capability of CRM through creation of new entities, forms, workflows and reports.
• Coordinate internal system release testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to facilitate effective and organized issue resolution. This includes training of UAT team on the application and/or process change, and management of all phases of testing for the team's supported applications.
• Help perform data migration activities as needed.
• Understanding of data models, tables, ability to write basic SQL queries and analysis - assist in data analysis in databases.
• Design, Develop Reports (SSRS) in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Serve as application support analyst for the help desk ticket queues for assigned CRM issues. Quickly analyze, investigate, follow-up, and route all questions, queries, and service desk tickets as they arrive in the support queue.
• Train and troubleshoot with users at various business locations or via internet as required.
Operations Related Responsibilities
• Operations, Logistics and Warehouse (JAFZA)
• Participate in strategic objectives setting meeting to discuss and develop the company's strategic direction.
• Lead and direct the optimization of storage processes in the warehouses, and recommend the necessary procedures to increase the warehouse efficiency. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of inventory data and undertake the necessary actions to correct variances
• Approve the most efficient daily journey plan for each vehicle according to the Sales plan submitted by the Sales team, and work on eliminating the zigzag coverage unless needed.
• Maintain effective coordination with the Sales team to ensure that all Sales orders are delivered on time and without any damages.
• Initiate training and development needs for team resulting from performance assessment results, and technical training needs serving their functions.
• Study the business requirements as supplied by the client
• Analysis, Designing, Coding, Testing and Implementation of CSR(Customer Requests).
• Coding programs on Cobol, IMS DB/DC and coding JCL’s
• Testing on mainframe environments
• Enhancement and Production Support
• Participate in Peer review
• Knowledge Acquisition from client and preparing PSGs.
