I installed, configured, and maintained computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure, while managing the company's hypervisor infrastructure. I installed Windows operating systems, server operating systems, and drivers, providing support to State Bank of India branches in installing Windows, joining domains, and adding and sharing printers. Additionally, I managed MS Exchange servers, databases, mail flow rules, and user creation for corporate clients, as well as assisted clients with Office 365 user creation and Outlook access configuration in the Office 365 EAC. I also managed networks and computers for some banks, provided help desk and technical support to home users, installed CCTV cameras, and managed DVR and NVR systems.
