• Managed the successful delivery of the UAT phase of the automation project for the Ministry of Defense at Kuwait.

• Supported the Presales team by providing Technical Architectures, Proposals, Estimations, Hardware Sizing, and Pilots.
• Designed and Implemented Workflow Automation tools, by which the development team completed the development of 350 workflows in only four months.

In this period, I was leading the automation project for Kuwait Ministry of Defense.

Managing the development and delivery of the projects of the following clients:
1. Abo Dhabi Ministry of Justice:
In this project, the ministry portal was built and client application was migrated to web and was published on the portal. A content management system was also developed and used to publish the ministry magazine called "Al Mizan".
2. Masafi:
In this project, a complete portal was developed using Oracle Collaboration Suite.

I've spent my military service period there. It was the armed forces Internet Service Provider. My role was:

1. To load the text log files that the netwrok software produces into Oracle database using SQL Loader. In other meaning, I've worked as a Data Manager.

2. Provide the management with the necessary reports extracted from the loaded data.

3. Automate the work cycle by developing many modules such as Internal Mail system

In Samasoft, I've developed two commercial CDs which participated in Jitex Exhibition. These CDs are: WinGuard and Lost Weapon. I've provided technical support for "Wagdy Ghonaim" and "Mohammad Hussein Yaakoob" CDs Developers. Even I've developed the setup program.
