Quality Assurance supervision duties :
• Validated quality processes by establishing product specifications, measuring production, documenting evidence, determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
• Responsible to develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance with PSI, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 including HACCP, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 regulations.
• Establish work schedules and schedule overtime, as required.
• Accountable to ensure recommendations for disposition or other actions related to product non-conformances and field performance issues are effective and comply with all regulations and Company policies.

• Perform Quality assurance Scorecard and KPI’s according to data analysis including ( lab testing performance, company departments action closing, losses according to “ rework, scrap, rejection of material” and establish a suitable target according to results and control points to decrease the loss in processes .
• Assist QA manager in meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expense and report directly all results and reports for QA manager.
• Assist Quality assurance manager to Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans as, quality assurance structure and succession plans; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints.
• Assist with corrective and preventative actions to prevent further defects.
• Train, motivate and lead QC/QA and Incoming QC/QA Technicians, and assist in develop company training system.
• Establish and modify HACCP Planes for all kind of process or products and modify all process changes on HACCP plans internally.
• Establish a quality assurance department structure and succession plans.
• External direct contacting with third party companies such as (pest Control Company, cleaning & sanitation companies, external labs, YUM! Brands Quality management).

Quality inspection and control Supervision duties :
• Supervise Raw Materials, Semi-Finished & Finished Goods Functional analysis specification building Testing and Inspection & to approved procedures.
• Supervise Shelf Life Studies, Stability of Newly developed products, Follow up for internal & External Lab testing results and Ensure that tests and results carried out as per the given standard specifications.
• Supervise &Monitoring hygiene and sanitation conditions of plant that done and checked by QC team & Checking equipment, machinery with maintenance & Safety department to comply with the HACCP requirements.
• Review, investigate, report and assist of control in identification of internal product failure and non- conformity.
• Prioritize testing needs in Manufacturing, Service and Incoming QC technicians.
• Train, motivate and lead QC and Incoming QC Technicians, and assist in develop company training system.
• Responsible for calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of any problems related to QC and test equipment and instruments.
• Work with the ERP System module including release of Inspection Lots in Incoming and Final Product locations.
• Provide leadership and technical support for plant and corporate projects to improve products, improve processes, energy saving, business continuity,
• Prepare and present technical investigative reports to first level management.

Description: Promoted to this Area which is need less of Practical Work and less of follow up process to be responsible of reporting to higher management Tasks.
Duties:
• Quality Control over Cooking and Packing Areas.
• Quality Monitoring and Evaluation Reporting.
Achievements:
• Issuing Quality Reports ( Monitoring and Evaluation of Key Performance indicators ), from all Production Points ( Preparing, Cooking, Packing Areas ), and Raw Material Treatment reports, Reporting them To Quality Manager and Product supply director .

Description: I’d been promoted by Higher Management to this Role because of my proven ability to applying control over Receiving Raw Material Area & applying its output in Production Lines (especially Meat which is the item that has the highest Risk).
Duties:
• GMP follows up (Cleaning and Sanitation).
• Identification and traceability of products Batches.
• Testing physical & chemical specifications for In-Process Products and apply the suitable changes to comply with international and Palestinian Standards.

Achievements:
• Adjustment on work (SOPs: Standard Operational Procedures) and issuing new ones to Control overall production process.

• Description :Responsible of Raw Material (Spices, Food Additives, Meat, Packing Materials) Receiving & Inspection
Duties:
• Collecting Samples from the received Material & performing the identification process.
• Compare the received materials Certificates of analysis with the approved Specifications.
• Follow up Releasing / Rejecting Process.
Achievements:
• Learning about the Raw Material physical and chemical specification and their assigned effect on Different products formulas.
• Linking their role as and inputs in formulation process to control the initial Hazard

• Description: I’d started work in Biscuits Factory during Study Period as a production Employee directly involved in:

• Preparing & Mixing Different Biscuits Brands Recipes.
• Working on Filling & Packing Lines
Achievements:
• Reducing Cooking Time for Hero Brand from 15 Minutes to 5 Minutes only which increase the productivity of this line to the Double by performing Adjustment on Cocking Process.
