• To verify that any purchase is covered by the appropriate authorization and signed by authorized team member & to Fill in the cash book on a daily bases.
• To assist Senior Admin and Finance Officer in the closure of accounts at the end of month
• Provide technical support for field staff and administration staff.

• To act as cashier for payments to be processed and carry out all cash distribution to the beneficiaries for the coordination office in Amman.
• Cash Book registry update on a daily basis, and cash count on a weekly basis with the NFAC and on a monthly basis with the Project manager.
• Sending the monthly financial documents and arrange vouchers including supporting documents for main office in Amman.
• Scanning the financial documents and the supporting documents on a monthly basis and sending them to Amman office.
Helping students with academic matters and study materials, Such as financial management, financial analysis, and portfolio management
Enter accounting data into the software
Perform general office duties and administrative tasks.
Prepare weekly financial reports for management.
Follow up suppliers and customers.
Reduced credit period from 90 days to 60 days.
