The mission of the strategic partnerships department is to strengthen and build relations between the IICO and the international

9) Provide consultations and advice to upper management when dealing with international partners.
10) Coordinate with partner organizations during the execution of humanitarian work.

agencies that are relevant to IICO strategic interests.
12) To provide routine reports on approved partners as per the standards and policies of the IICO.
13) Provide initial review and development to projects with the international partners and then coordinate the approval
process of projects between international partners and internal departments.
14) Coordinate and ensure smooth collaboration between IICO technical departments such as Project Study Units, Legal,
Financial and Operations and the international partners in the project execution and closing phases.
15) Strengthen and expand the strategic partners network.
16) Develop and strengthen IICO presence within the humanitarian sector`s international community.
17) Support IICO media efforts in the English language.
18) Analyze stakeholder (strategic partners) satisfaction rates, identify issues and implement a solution plan.
19) Develop, manage and execute events such as workshops, seminars, training courses and expos.
20) Prepare application and audit documentation for memberships in international organizations and networks.
21) Other tasks requested by the management in relation to department specialization.
Key achievements:

1) Developed policies and template documents to systemize and improve the documentary cycle and workflow of the
department such as:
a. Developed templates for MOUs, project implementation contracts, and potential partnerships and performance
evaluations.
b. Developed strategic, operation, risk, media, and stakeholder satisfaction plans.
c. Developed templates for routine reports, such as operations and partnership status reports, quarterly reports,
and project reports.
d. Developed general policies for building partnerships and mechanisms for implementing work plans.
