Position: Technical Manager
Duration: July 2023 to Present Project: Triple Bay Marina - Marina Lifestyle Hotel (MLH) Scope of Work: Civil/Structural and Embedded MEP works.
Duties and Responsibilities in the Project:
• Lead the Technical Team (all engineers /Discipline) to control the Delivery of Shop-drawings approvals and Materials approval to achieve it in time required at site with coordinating with PCM and planning team.
• Lead the Coordination with all the Construction engineers related to works in the project in-order to solve the problems which appear during the works with minimum time & Cost.
• Coordinate with Designer/consultant for all the engineering related works in the project (Design Drawings, Shop - drawings, Materials Submittals, RFC etc.)
• Support and Guide QS Department in their scope of works (QTY) by explaining to them through scheduling meetings all the difficulties and provide them all necessary drawings and justifications.
• Coordinate and Support QC Department in their scope of works by providing them all necessary technical data / RFC submission to close any related NCR/SOR.
• Lead the Technical Team (all engineers /Discipline) to control the Delivery of As-Built Drawings.

Project: Medina Seven Project Client: Saudi Entertainment Venture (Seven)
Duties and Responsibilities in the Project:
• In charge of evaluating design files, drawings, shop drawings, requirements, collaboration with other relevant departments, and approvals from clients or consultants.
• structural material assessment in accordance with the projects submission requirements and clearances.
• evaluating any design changes considering the sites circumstances.
• Design and analysis of new additions in accordance with American and Saudi codes; creation of reports and drawings for client approval.
• developing the proposal for a major change, coordinating with suppliers, and generating RFPs. Participates in LEED third party compliance while offering technical assistance.
• Following project baseline for the submissions of technical documents like shop drawings material submittals, prequalification, formwork calculations.
• Coordination with waterproofing subcontractor and finalizing drawings and material approvals.
• Preparation of RFIs and early notice for variations.
• Coordination with vertical transportation (Elevator, Escalator, Davit System suppliers)

Position: Structural Engineer
Duration: Sep 2019 to July 2023
Duties and Responsibilities in the Project:
• Responsible for reviewing design files, drawings, supervision of shop drawings, design specifications, coordination with other related departments & site, client for consultant for approvals.
• Structural material review as per the project specifications, submission & approvals. Analysing any modifications of the design as per site condition.
• Design & analysis of new extensions as per Saudi & American Codes, preparation of the drawings & reports for client approvals.

Duties and Responsibilities in the Project:
• Setting up field testing, creating design parameters, creating structural designs and drawings in accordance with Indian codes.
• examining the contractors structural designs and drawings, and creating specifications for tender papers, BOQs, and BBS oversight of building sites for structures, etc.
• Cooperation between MEP streams and architecture.
• Verification and screening of designs and reports from government institutions such as IITs and NITs.

Position: Structural Engineer Duration: Feb 2015 - Sep 2016

Duties and Responsibilities in the Project:
Organizing field tests, formulating design parameters, preparation of structural design and drawings as per Indian Codes, specifications of tender documents, checking of structural design and drawings prepared by contractor, Site supervision of structures during construction etc. Training in other organizations for use of STAAD software for analysis and design of structures & vetting of drawings and reports from any IIT, NIT or any of govt.
