Guaranteed premises were fully operational through delegation of
maintenance tasks and promptly responding to related emails.
Preparation of Annual Budget and 5 years Business Plan - collection of
budget requirement from end user, review and analyze, meetings with
management, comply company policy & guidelines set by finance
division, enter activity and business plan in system (Hyperion).
Ensured financial integrity through proper Cost Control & review of
expenditures, monthly budget follow up reports, budget dashboard,
forecasting and managing different systems.
Ensured accuracy and requirement of relevant authorization for
expenditures before utilization of approved budget, also for over
expenditure, unbudgeted/unplanned expenditure, enhancement etc.
Preparation of Non-Compliance and variances report to division
management.
Month end & Yearend (accrual/actual) closing - Ensuring Receipt of
commitments, review of General Ledger (GLD) & reconciliation advise
to GLD Team in finance division.
Process of Release Orders for Contracts and its invoices, Service Order
invoices and other manual invoices with an assessable tracking system.
Oversee agreement ceiling value and ensured a proactive measure for
monthly report of contract value utilization to evaluate available funds
and notify need for enhancement/revision.
Ensured contracts are Budgeted and review of Bill of Quantities in line
with integrity during process of commitments and invoices.
Provide budget support for Shutdown closeout report with relevant
expenditure details pertaining to shut down.
Coordinated with HQ Finance & Procurement Team and End Users
within division, certainly for smooth business Operation during
issuance of commitment and afterwards.
Input suggestions for continuous improvement in MIS strategy,
efficiency and effectiveness of cost control measures as well as changes in business environment thru awareness sessions and
meetings.
Maintained and assessed competency through training & development
programs and provided support to perform real task for developments.
Covered administrative tasks includes documentation, letter of
assistance to suppliers, facsimile, tracking of short term manpower
mobilization details and update in timesheet system, review and
update of ISO procedures, assistance during audits, systematic online
filing system etc.
Strived to achieve key performance indicator (KPI) in all assigned tasks.
Major contributor in Collaborative Idea Contribution in developing
Budget Dashboard for Budget follow.
Most importantly comply with all relevant safety, security, quality,
health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe
work environment.
