for use in Design, Construction Documentation.
Preparing Design Models/Design Drawings as per Royal Commission
(Yanbu & Jazan) Standard requirements and achieve the deadlines of
project for submittal.
BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data
sets/workflows and project setup.
Works with Design Manager and Lead Structural Engineer to
communicate, problem solve, and update models for coordination and
design issues.
Handling the projects in CDE (Common Data Environment) to
Communicate, Collaborate & Coordinate with other discipline models.
Perform clash detection tests against specified geometry to help find and
resolve conflicts using Cloud-based Software Navisworks.
Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate
design documentation.
Share & Review models/Sheets by using BIM 360 & Autodesk Docs.
Leading the design coordination process between all BIM Team Members
of other disciplines.
Assigning Tasks with Deadlines & Monitoring Day to Day activities of
the BIM Team Members.

every stage of the project (such as from conceptual presentation
drawings, design development, tender drawings and approved design
concepts into technical feasible solution etc.)
Develops accurate As Built BIM Model's from 2D drawings project,
including sheet management tasks, annotations, dimensions, notes and
all visibility settings.
Works with Lead Structural Engineer and senior Structural engineers to
communicate, problem solve, and update models for coordination.
Interpretation of engineers’ sketches and technical specifications to
ensure coordination of specifications and drawings.
Preparing and creating the required Parametric Component Families,
Shared Parameters and other custom and complex elements for the
projects.
Working in Central & Local File, Cad & Revit file linking, Import &
Exporting files as per project requirements.
Extract Schedule & Material take off from Revit Production model for
complete project (Residential & Commercial).
Create and maintain content libraries relevant to the project, Use

Expert in developing shop drawings and detailing of R.C.C (structural)
Concrete drawings, Such as Elevation, Section, Layout plan, Footing,
Slabs, Columns, Lift Cores, Retaining Walls, Roof Slabs, Beam
Reinforcement drawing and Bar Bending Schedules.
Preparation in all kinds of structural drawings for basic design, with coordination of (Architectural/ Mechanical and Electrical drawings)
Production of Structural Detailed Design/Shop Drawings (GA) and
reinforced concrete detailed (Reif.) drawings, in accordance with
BS8666-2005, BS4466 and ACI 318 Codes.
Detailing of general arrangement framing plans with different structure
systems like Slab-On-Grade, Solid Slabs, Ribbed Slabs, Pre-cast double-T
slabs, Ground beams, Continuous Beams and Simply supported beams
etc.,
Development of reinforcement plans with bar bending schedules and
Shop Drawings/Sections for Foundations, Beams, Slabs, Level
Difference, Slab Openings, Stairs, Retaining Walls, Lift cores &
Elevators.
Preparation of Detailed Drawings for all types of structures with B.B.S &
achieving the quality output and achieving the target dates in schedule
time & maintenance of standard checklist.
