• Prepare Quality Control procedures/ work instruction, ITP
(Inspection Test Plans) according to project/ client requirements
and follow-up for its approval and monitor the implementation.
• Prepare MAR (Material Approval Request) according to project
specification/ client requirements and follow-up for its approval.
• Attending client quality management meetings.
• Coordinates all QA/QC activities with site QC personnel.
• Preparing Documentation and compile test packs, Dossier for all
jobs to meet client requirements as per specification and
Submitting to the Client Handing Over Dossier at the end of
Project.
• Conducting inspection of raw material, bought out item and
review of material test certificate (MTC) and the specification
requirements.
• Ensuring the completion, up-dating and distribution of the
Quality Inspection Plan in the field and verifying its
application.
• Interface and coordinate with client for QC matter and
coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all
related inspection activity.
• Verify correct materials are utilized for the works carried
out.
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including
certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non
compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent
materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
• Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site
Instruction.
• Responsible for Checking Concrete Slump, Concrete
Temperature, Cube Preparation as per project specification and
Maintaining the Records for the cube crushing 7 days and
28 days.
• Conducting Pre-concrete inspection and ensure that Formwork,
Rebar and the concrete placing in accordance with approved
drawing.
• Conducting finishing work inspection for Tiles, Paint,
Suspended Ceiling, Rush Coat Plaster, Final Coat Plaster,
Cladding Stone installation e.t.c.
• Conducting Earthwork Inspection for Excavation, Pre
Padding, Post-Padding, Backfilling Layer By Layer, Disposal,
Banking, Dewatering, sheet piling, etc.
• Follow up for the Concrete Mix Design Approval, Asphalt
Mix Design Approval and Monitor the Batching Plant
Equipment.
• Verifying the adequacy of the Quality Control Procedures,
methods and documentation applied at project site.
• Conducting Inspection for Sub grade Compaction, Prime coat,
Base course Asphalt, Wearing Course Asphalt as required
Specification for the Road work Construction.
• Preparing daily inspection test notification register update
report.
• Conducting field density test inspection for backfilling
compaction and monitor third party to follow up submission
report to client.
• Guide the land surveyor to carry out constant check in level and
coordinate and ensure that they are in accordance with project
specification.
• Preparing construction report (Weekly & Monthly) & R.F.I.A.
• Resolve any unexpected Technical query and any other
problem at site.
