I joined SPIMACO (the first pharmaceuticals manufacturing unit in Saudi Arabia) in 1992 as Admin/Finance Secretary and worked with Fin. Admin Manager for more than one year. Further, I was temporarily assigned additional responsibility of the Quality Services Division Secretary and based on my excellent performance; I was promoted to this position.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES OF PRESENT JOB:

¨Assist QS Div. Management (QS, QA and QC Managers) in preparing monthly reports including graphical representation

- Handling various technical docs submitted to QS Manager for approval i.e. SOPs, MPS, QCSM, Valid. Protocols and Licensors Agreements etc.

-¨Type and edit memos, faxes, reports and outgoing letters from QS Mgt and monthly report for 8 sections.

¨Maintain all general and technical files of QS Management etc.

¨Prepare multi-media presentations using Powerpoint .

¨Responsible for traveling arrangements of the QS Management for their business trips abroad and within Kingdom.

¨Organize departmental & inter-departmental meetings and take mom and assist QS Management in preparing the visit reports regarding their visits to various local/foreign suppliers.

¨It is worth mentioning that during the ISO-9001 & ISO-14001 Certification, I assisted QS Manager and coordinated with the Consultant in reviewing various technical documents, forms and non-conformity reports and prepared detailed reports in order to fulfill the requirements towards successful completion of the certification requirements and made necessary follow-ups with all the concerned departments.

¨Duing the SAP Project implementation in SPIMACO from Apr - Nov'02, I actively participated as a SAP Validation Team Member where I was responsible for taking mom, revising/editing SOPs related to SAP Project, preparation of Visio Flow Charts and organizing meetings with all concerned parties etc.
