Manage full AP cycle:-
1- Invoice Processing Supervision
Oversee the verification, processing, and recording of invoices, ensuring they match purchase orders and receipts, and preventing duplicate or unauthorized payments.
2- Vendor Relations
Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, handle inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and address payment-related concerns.
3- Account Reconciliation
regularly reconcile accounts payable ledgers with vendor statements, identifying and rectifying discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
4- Month-End Close Assistance
Assist with the month-end close process by reconciling outstanding payments and accruals, ensuring all financial records are up to date.
5- Payment Management
Ensure timely payment of liabilities, including managing payment schedules and processing payments through various method.
- Prepare AP-related journal entries including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
- Generate and present aging reports to CFO and senior management.
- Conducted payroll processing & deductions (social security, income tax, etc.).
- Handle petty cash payments and expense reporting across all departments.
- Support internal/external audit activities with comprehensive documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and VAT regulations, and assist in monthly returns.

Managed Accounts AP & AR cycles and coordinated monthly/annual closings.
- Conducted payroll processing & deductions (social security, income tax, etc.).
-Managed vendor reconciliations for both local and international suppliers.
- Oversaw external (import) purchases transaction from suppliers, including import invoice, custom duties sales tax, & landed cost until inventory recognition.
- Supervised accounting assistants and ensured accuracy in financial reporting.

Approving new account, order, and contract applications according to credit policies.
- Responsible for customer invoicing, credit request, cancellation and re invoice processes from end to end.
-Ensure that daily transaction information balances with AR upload information and GL posting.
- Following up on overdue invoice and payment and implementing company collections procedures as necessary.
-Supervised all month - end and year - end accounting procedures including preparation and entry of journal entries of credit control systems.
- Performing customer accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis and sharing outstanding balance with customer where required.
- Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management on collection status.
-Assist with preparation of information /data for external auditors in the annual audit of the financial records, as needed.

AR Posting & Invoicing
Post sales invoices, credit notes, and adjustments in Oracle.
Review postings for accuracy and policy compliance.
Customer Reconciliations
Prepare and maintain customer account reconciliations.
Identify discrepancies and follow up for resolution.

Collections Monitoring
Track customer collections and overdue balances.
Support credit control activities and reporting.
SLA Compliance
Ensure tasks are completed within defined SLAs.
Reporting Support

Assist in AR aging, collections status.
