Responsible to develop and implement a corrective Action program, in response to corporate
Quality Audit/Internal Quality Audit reports.
* Audit face on GSO, HALAL, HACCP & Integrated management related all activity.
* Implement FSMS, QMS, EMS and OH&S.
* Monitoring Process line.
* Maintain SOP & Hygiene related all activities.
* Maintaining ISO/ HACCP related all documents.
* Ensure proper monitoring for meat/Frozen Food/further processed food production.
* Check Lab documentation, Chemical preparation procedure as per standard.
* Collaboration with Supply Chain, sales & distribution team for cold chain management &
assess vendor development.
* Keep the veterinary approval file and interface with the veterinary services.
* Ensure production of high quality products as per the standard.
Good knowledge & Audit face on ISO 9001, ISO-22000, HALAL, HACCP & Integrated
Management System related all job.
* Support to implement & maintain. ERP
* To look after testing all incoming raw & packaging material as per company standard
* Monitoring Process Line
* Check lab documentation, chemical preparation procedure, calibration procedure as per
standard.
* All Lab Test system & procedure
* Maintain SOP, Recipe of production line & Hygiene related all activities.
