I am working as a warehouse & Inventory Manager. I am responsible for planning and monitoring
warehouse & inventory all operations.
My core responsibilities include
• Moves inventory by scheduling items to be moved to and from warehouse of Migato, Al
Mothajiba, Kas and Al Shall, US Pollo for Al Siddiqi Holding retail stores.
• Coordinating inventory transfers with related departments to the respective retail stores.
• Creating new barcode and uploading in Microsoft Retail Management System (RMS ERP) &
Microsoft Dynamics AX R2.
• Do inventory for the different stores and submitting report to the managers.
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space.
• Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts.
• Reconciling variances.
• Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions.
• Troubleshooting breakdowns.
• Identifying warehouse system improvements.
• Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
• Optimize employee workflow.
• Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
• Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
• Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and truck maintenance.
• Analyze shipment logs.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse
status.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and
practices.
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying,
dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
