• Involved from the stage of proposals, client briefing, field execution, report writing and presentation of results.
• Handle global tracker NCBS - New Car Buyer Survey for UAE, KSA and Egypt Market, along with other ad-hoc projects.
• Ensuring technical data integrity, data quality assurance when loading and transferring data between database and data marts.
• Interpret and communicate the results of data analysis and model output to clients accurately and effectively.
• Implementing automation for various monthly reporting for portfolio evaluation, reducing manual work, improving efficiency and productivity.
• Create Scorecards, Reports, Dashboards, and Alerts to help UX teams to understand performance on KPIs on a day to day basis.
• Responsible for extracting internal/external data cleansing, validation, developing statistical models and analysis and report generation.
• Provide analytics support for AB Testing.
• Prepare Outliers reports (outlier detection), and able to treat outliers using different treatment techniques.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Servicing and Project Management
a. Working closely with E2E Ops team and external vendors at various stages from Questionnaire design, getting the script done from offshoring hubs, the launch of fieldwork, IQC, data processing, dashboards & charts.
b. Excelled at gathering feedback and requirements. Communicating needed changes to the development team and overseeing seamless, high-quality rollouts to an on-time and on-budget conclusion.
c. Working with clients in multiple lines of business (such as Banks, Insurance, FMCG and Telecom) and their respective business leads to help with data visualization and insights.
2. Data Processing and Analysis
• Responsible for the overall data analysis phase of statistical projects, prepare data processing methodology, and data processing plan.
• Develop Statistical Programs - for Data Cleansing, Validation, Analysis and Report generation using SPSS, Python, TOM, RFS, Quantum, Magic.
• Perform Statistical Analysis like Regression, Correlation, Factor Analysis, Stacking by SPSS and other tools.
• Successfully managed different type of projects such as U/A, Diary studies, Mystery Shopping, Indices, Product Tests, Preview Links etc.
• Successfully worked on migration of Quantum/Magic/SSI to TOM/Nfield for multiple tracking studies.
• Created and maintained a single normative database for product test studies across the years.
• Managed large accounts across different sectors such as FMCG, Telecom, Automobiles, Banking, and Consumer Durables.
3. Training
a. Conducted workshops with leaders and key stakeholders to understand the E2E process.
b. Mentoring and conducting training for new and experienced employees across the globe on different tools and exploring new possibilities.
