• Constantly and strictly adhered to main Contractor's HSE Site Plan. Liaised and worked collaboratively with senior management, our main contractor and client on all project Health and Safety, Coordinate with other companies’ safety Officer to ensure my company's HSE policies are adhered to strictly.

• Collaborate on safety policy development and training.
• Responsible for the management of the project safety plan to ensure compliance with the Contractor Safety System document and all other applicable policies and regulations.
• Responsible for the safety of company employees and contract employees from pre-mobilization work through post project follow-up.
• Supports the evaluations of contractors during the bid process and works in close partnership with the project team to ensure safe, qualified contractors are utilized.
• Other project specific duties include but are not limited too are:
• Assist Project Manager/Project Leads with implementation and compliance with Contractor Safety Program requirements
• Conduct project/contractor safety orientations
• Participate in advance / daily planning activities
• Participate and present safety updates at scheduled project safety meetings
• Interface with Civil Construction, Line Crews and contractors
• Serve as the point of contact for insurance carrier representative site visits and assist in implementation of recommended corrective actions
• As directed, serve as point of contact for any OSHA site inspections or incident investigations
• Compiled and communicate required reports and project safety status updates
• Perform and document formal safety observations of workplace conditions and activities and provide direct feedback and coaching

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the requirements of project HSE plan.
• Ensure risk assessments are available and implemented in all project activities and facilities.
• Prepare accident/ incident forms for on-site and off-site accidents related to project employees/ vehicles.
• Lead/ Participate in accident/ incident investigation and reporting as necessary and follow-up the corrective actions until completion.
• Monitor safe transportation, storage, handling and disposal of chemicals on site as applicable.
• Monitor all tools and equipment are inspected tested and color coded as per required frequency stated in project/ IMS HSE procedures and inspections recorded using appropriate forms.
• Conduct emergency drills for identified emergencies on project site.
• Inspect waste storage area and report deficiencies for corrective actions.
• Perform daily site HSE inspections and report findings using appropriate form.
