KPI’s are Low Terminal, High Sell Thru%, Cash Margin and Sales Plan with target EBITDA
Implements a profit planning strategy for each brand that incorporates the various profit parameters
Implements the detailed buy plan for each merchandise division and brands within it, based on the Business Plan and the seasonal cycle rolling forecast.
Ensures the affective procurement of merchandise of the right product, right market and right quantity in time for the seasonal merchandise launches in line with brand partner guidelines.
Optimizes the assortment of Fashion Garments for each brand in terms of size ratios, top and bottom ratios and colour combinations (mix and match offering) in order to expose the customer to the full selection of assortment of garments in the store.
Plan and execute end of season markdowns in line with terminal stock budget
Minimize end of season clearance markdown by taking in-season active pricing corrections and specific volume driving offers.
Compliance with Brand Partners’ Buy Plan Agreement; ensures 100% supply of required brand/ merchandise.
Establish pricing policy based on competitors analysis and in line with agreed gross margin.
Retail Tracking: Monitor sales of men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel and footwear in department stores, specialty stores, and national chains in order to take critical business decisions.
Consumer Tracking: to know who is buying apparel, footwear, and accessories, and how, why, and where they are shopping. Based on market research information from nearly 2 million consumers, the service delivers an unmatched view across all retail channels in the U.S.
Shopping Activities Services: Get access to insights on shopping, browsing, and buying visits across all channels, retailers, categories and demographics. View conversion rate and average spend measures and see how they vary by retailer, season, and demographic.
Category Management: Provide to partners category levels details / business insight for the fruitful business
Opportunities Identification: Identify what drives brand and category growth or decline. Profile your brand and gauge relative health compared to category and competition.
Price Evaluation: provide right pricing decisions to partners, including essential to understand price sensitivity and the impact of price changes relative to your portfolio and key competitors
Service Delivery Responsibility - Offshore delivery coordinator, Main point of contact, resolving client issues/concerns, Effort estimation & Risk analysis
Quality & Training - Regular review of team’s Quality, contribute in process Quality audits. Coordinating with organization’s quality group to ensure adherence to clients SLA and organizational Goals.
People Management - Liaison with team members and clients, Identifying recruitment needs and hiring staff for various projects, Mentoring team members, Responsible for appraisals and performance evaluations.

MIS Reporting - Operations report, Process Capability Report, Attrition Report, Quarterly Planner, Leaves Planner etc.
