Work Responsibilities: 1. Perform a daily analysis of the "CA Tracker, " extracting crucial insights to craft a comprehensive weekly MTTR Report for our valued clients. 2. Lead initiatives aimed at elevating the dispatcher team's performance, offering guidance and leadership to achieve operational excellence. 3. Conduct a meticulous analysis of Mean Time to Restore (MTTR) metrics, presenting valuable perspectives for the creation of an insightful Exclusion Report for our clients. 4. Strategically organise and facilitate the setup of a dynamic WAR room, ensuring thorough preparation for upcoming events and fostering a proactive approach to address potential challenges. 5. Undertake the pivotal role of Incident Manager, overseeing and orchestrating timely responses to incidents, ensuring effective team coordination for swift resolution and continuous improvement. 6. Monitor RAN performance using various tools and systems, including Ericsson's Network Manager and Operations Support System (OSS). 7. Identify and resolve RAN issues, including network outages, performance degradation, and security threats. 8. Collaborate with other NOC engineers to maintain peak efficiency in the operation of the RAN. 9. Provide dedicated support to Ericsson's customers, including DNB, in resolving any issues related to the RAN. 10. Stay abreast of the latest technologies and developments in the RAN field.
