Planning Manager - corporate strategic planning في Alfanar

My roles and responsibilities during this period:

In 2015 Assigned as Accounts Manager for Lamar
In charge of the accounting team in Lamar wooden industries in addition to my current work. Lamar is one of alfanar companies, specialized by high end wooden products and design services.

In Mid 2014 Assigned as SAP project manager
I was in charge of the implementation SAP ERP system in Lamar from business side, a project that lasted for 6 month and still developing after successful go-live at beginning of 2015.

My main role in Planning
• Prepare the annual plan in coordination with business unit’s managers in all alfanar divisions.
• Develop and improve business planning process.
• Monitor the implementation of the plans, highlight plan deviation, and suggest corrective action.
• Identify and manage the changes needed to support the corporate strategic plan.
• Involves with top management in the developing strategies, and direct the development of the annual business plan with business units.
• Consolidating of all plans from all business units.
• Follow up, manage and direct the planning team and insure optimum performance of the planning team.
MIS
• Maintaining integrated reporting systems and continuous improving of these systems by maximizing the benefits of strong management information system applications.
• Review and summarize with the chairman different reports and analysis.
• Supervise the creation and development of knowledge center which contains all business plans, ORM presentations, minutes of meeting, and studies.
ORM “Operational Review Meetings”
• Ensure having an integrated schedule of ORM across the year for all business units.
• Attend all ORM, follow up on the results, and ensure the implementation.
Follow Up & Others
• Work on different assignments, projects and attend different meeting on behalf of the chairman.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow up through in timely manner.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationship with directors, managers and employees.
• Interact with executives and consultants to coordinate variety of complex assignments.
• Building capacities of the planning team regarding professional & technical knowledge and best practices.
SAP Business Intelligence
• Participated in the implementation and blueprint.
• Participated in developing Standardized management reports in all modules/ functions in SAP.

Business Development Manager في Alfanar
