● Review & verification of equipment’s suppliers engineering as well as the testing and commissioning proposals of equipment’s.
● Preparation of data sheets, Method of statements, Technical & commercial proposals, for Compressors, Pumps, Agitators, Blowers, and other rotating equipment’s.
● Provision of support and advice on rotating equipment matters.
● Rotating equipment’s QC, step by step inspection in overhauling of the rotating equipment’s, preparation of initial inspection reports and final inspection reports,
● Knowledge in Non-destructive testing VT. RT, UT, DPT, RTFI, MT and QA/QC.
● Familiarity with the industry codes and standards, API, ISO, ASME.
● Handling the responsibility of Rotary service department Assets
HVAC DESIGN During the period of internship, I have gone through detail study on HVAC working and its important. And learned the safety measurements and standards to be followed while designing it. Load Calculation: calculation of heat loss in the winter and heat gained in the summer, a total BTUs, and cubic feet per minute (cfm) of air conditioning and heating is the result. Duct Routing: duct clearances and minimizing of duct bends to arrive at the perfect balance of air delivery for the structure.
