• Oversee the operations and activities, including the pricing, estimating, implementation of purchase orders, supplier performance evaluation
• Follow-up the work progress & time schedule for the projects
• Managing the project`s over all process
• Managing the warehouse over all process
• The constant searches for the best suppliers, services providers, communicate with them, managing the nomination and selection of new suppliers, evaluating the price and quality of supplied materials.
• Participating in the designing and modifications of the projects plans
• Preparing the modified B.O.Q. Follow-up the projects' requests for equipment’s, workers & supplies.
Oversee the operations and activities, including the pricing, estimating, implementation of purchase orders, supplier performance evaluation to insure providing all the industry needs by required specifications and quantities at the right time by the best quality and the lowest cost. In addition to overseeing the preparation and review of contracts and follow-up the validity period and update them and assure matching all signed agreements with local legislation and regulations in coordination with the parties and stakeholders in the company.
Determine the operational priorities of the procurement department in line with the company's strategic plan, and ensure the quality of work output within the procurement department
Developing the procurement department annual plan and monitor its implementation and reporting . In addition to participating in the development of the annual company plan
Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures of the procurement department in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company
Prepare the materials' purchase plans based on business requirements, and organizing the deliveries in a timely manner to ensure continuity in the work
The constant search for the best suppliers and services providers and communicate with them, managing the nomination and selection of new suppliers and evaluating the price and quality of supplied materials .
Participate in contract negotiations with suppliers as needed
Establishing a strategic and sustainable relationships with suppliers to get a preferential treatment for all the criteria (price, delivery terms, etc ..).
Monitoring the performance of the procurement department and reporting the results of key performance indicators to the high management
