Creating and developing designs as well as supervising ongoing project.
- Prepared design drawings related to plans, sections, interior & exterior design based on
design analysis and criteria of project.
- Prepare presentation drawings and assist in presentations.
- Research information and create graphics for inclusion marketing proposals materials.
- During design development phase coordinate design issues with all engineering disciplines
- Checking and clarification of problems before executing the work with resident engineer.
- Monitoring and inspecting the quality of work according to the project specifications
- Helped project team in the production of construction documentation.
Daily execution of works as per the program schedule, giving guidelines to site supervisor
regarding progress.
- Undertaking supervision duties on site with shop drawings, specification and contract
requirements.
- Checking building materials, external & interior finishing.
- Reviewing reports, materials and documents related to site activities.
- Coordination arch drawings with engineering disciplines and sub-contractor to find
deflections.
- Process and review submittals to be approved from the consultant.
- Attending quality, safety and progress meeting with consultant and project managers.
