- Anticipates, schedules, and directs the completion of all housing maintenance for 29 STL & 3
GOR residences.
- Directs responses to all residential requests for service. Supervises the acquisition of new
properties to ensure proper maintenance standards and coordinates necessary upgrades with
property owner, including generator installation. Maintains relationships with residential
contractors and sub-contractors to provide required services at competitive rates.
- Directs the maintenance of all functions relating to the CGOB daily operation including
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical (including UPS, generators and AVR), janitorial, landscape
- maintenance, painting, carpentry and recreation facilities.
Warehouse, Supply, Health & Safety.
- Coordinates with the Warehouse and Supply department to ensure an adequate inventory of parts
and supplies required to respond to maintenance requests. This includes the ordering of
specialized parts and materials unique to the Consulate General’s needs.
Acts as BPA caller.
- Responsible for the implementation of all safety standards and procedures according to SHEM
requirements.
- Conduct safety awareness training sessions with facilities staff on monthly basis or when
required.
Acts as Assistant POSHO.
- Construction and Maintenance Contracts:
- Coordinates all ConGen Lahore construction projects, which are numerous and on-going.
- Drafts the SOW for construction and Preventive Maintenance Contracts, participates in soliciting
the bids and selecting the contractor.
- Responsible of primary supervision of the project, acting as the contracting officer’s representative (COR) on facilities and Maintenance contracts.
