The Rivoli Group is a private company known for its diverse portfolio of international luxury brands and for its vast network of retail outlets within the United Arab Emirates and the lower Gulf States. In my career with the Rivoli Group, I started as a Trainee and there after worked my way up to the positions of Sales Associate, Senior Sales Associate, and then Store Supervisor for their multibrand stores where different product range such as watches, writing instruments, leather products and eye wear were sold under one store. I was promoted as Boutique Incharge for the watch making Brands LONGINES, GLASHUTTE & ZENITH. Roles & Responsibility:- - Day to Day operations of the boutique, staff rostering, monitoring transactions, inventory of stock, boutique upkeep, product presentation, training new staff, delegating responsibilities to the team to ensure smooth operations of the boutique. -Assisting customers to buy a product according to their needs & requirement. -Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. -Follow up on client’s feedback and establish long term relationship with clients. -Delegate duties to juniors/trainees and training the boutique staff and ensure that all team sales targets are met in line with company growth projection. -Analyzing daily sales and expense information and perform all other financial analysis to maximize sales and net profits -Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues. -Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues. -Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing. - Ensure accuracy of monthly /quarterly /yearly stock auditing to avoid stock discrepancies at all times . -Maximize profits whilst controlling and minimized costs. - Achieving boutique’s Key Performance Indicator defined by the brand. - Particularly strong in customer relationship building and has shown the strongest levels of customer retention. -Have taken the team’s combined annual sales budget from 2.6 million AED per annum to a consistent sale of 3.4 million AED per annum, within these figures we have shown the growth in sales by 30% and brought 800K AED of new business in a year.

Roles & Responsibility:-
- Daily updating of stock inventory.
- Ensuring accuracy of monthly target.
- Consolidate weekly sales report & forecasting analysis.
-Filling Weekly Performance Store (WPS)
- Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and increase profitability.
- Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick & efficient.
- Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
- Adjust sales goals and procedures as appropriate for the store.
- Assist with order processing.
- Other related duties as needed.
