SUMMARY OF WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly inspection and monitoring.
• Plan and execute scheduled jobs as provided in required timeframe.
• Plan and distribute manpower, materials and equipment as and when required
accordingly.
• Implement trade specific international best practices and regulations & procedures.
• Ensuring erected scaffolding meets relevant standards and requirements as per the client.
• Inspect, Rectify and Certify the scaffold.
• Ensure good progress is achieved in available manpower and resources.
• Sourcing materials and manpower with the dept or other teams if necessary.
• Execute job safely as per Risk Assessment and JSA.
• Prepare JSA and review JSA with operations and HSE for safe execution of tasks
involving high risk and hazards.
• Work closely with the HSE dept to identify risks and develop/implement a
control methodology for the same.
• Interface with site-in charge to pre-plan, identify critical risk and execute safe
work practices.
• Coordinate with supervisors of other discipline to understand the scaffolding to be
erected and ensure it is erected accordingly.
• Give daily toolbox talk about observations, High Value Learning Incidents and risks
involved in scaffolding erection and dismantling.
• Ensure all PPEs and materials are always in stock and arrange if necessary
