Position: Technical Purchase & Procurement Officer
Client: 1) - Takreer Oil Refinery (Ruwais U.A.E.)
2) - Adnoc (Abu Dhabi National Oil Control)
3) - Abu Dhabi Fertilizer Industries (Ruwais U.A.E.)
Responsibilities and Duties Include:
− Coordinating purchasing activities includes researching, identifying, and
evaluating vendors for pricing and quality, documenting all purchasing decisions,
and completing purchase orders.
− Material quantity take-off for on-going projects as designated.
− Quantity investigation for Tenders.
− Sending Inquiries & keep contact with supplier to get Quotation.
− Answers inquiries from sales representatives and others, on the phone or in
person
− After getting the quotation making the comparison with each supplier.
− Arranging Technical & Prequalification Document to get Material approvals from
client.
− Arranging P.O. to Ordering Materials
− Arranging the Detail Shop Drawings for site
− Develop relationships with suppliers in order to resolve delivery and quality
concerns

Responsibilities and Duties as Q.C. In charge Include:
 Preparation of all parts drawing & Parts Inspection check sheet for Quality
Control Department (70cc Motorcycle)
 Preparation of Inspection Report with the comparison of Standard & Handling
the Production Mater with the coordination of Quality Manager.
 To Control the Parts wastages, preparing the daily basis report of Plant
Production Wastage.
 Make sure the quality before delivery
 Preparation of monthly Schedule Motorcycle production for Production
Department & giving feedback report to Procurement Department.
 Preparation of Quality & Production format for plant.

Responsibilities and Duties Include:
 Preparation of drawings Design by Senior Architect
 Making of Architectural Drawings
 Preparation of Sections, wall sections & complete package of working & details drawings
 Coordination of drawings.
 Calculating the Built-up Area of Project.
 Coordination with Managing Director / Architecture Engineering
 Making the modification of RFI (Request for Information) on site
requirement

Responsibilities and Duties Include:
− Preparation of Shop Drawings & Day to Day adjustments of shop drawing as
per the site requirement.
− Material quantity take-off for on-going projects as designated.
− Coordination with Project Manager & Other Technical people working on site
− Arranging Technical & Prequalification Document to Get Material Approvals
from the Client.
− Updating the Daily record of Approved & Rejected Shop Drawings and
Materials Approvals.
− Arranging P.O. to Ordering Materials.
− Arranging Shop Drawings from Suppliers to Get Approval from the Client.
− Develop relationships with suppliers in order to resolve delivery and quality
concerns.
− Sending Inquiries & keep contact with supplier to get Quotation & Technical
Submittals

Responsibilities and Duties Senior Supervisor include:-
 Preparation of all parts drawing & Parts Inspection check sheet for Quality
Control Department (70cc / 125cc motorcycle)
 Preparation of Inspection Report with the comparison of Standard & Handling
the Production Mater with the coordination of Quality Manager.
 To Control the Parts wastages, preparing the daily basis report of Plant
Production Wastage.
 Make sure the quality before delivery.
 Preparation of monthly Schedule Motorcycle production for Production
Department & giving feedback report to Procurement Department.
 Also Involved the Procurement of (125-CC) Motorcycle, Receiving the
Quotation of parts from vender & prepared the cost sheet.
 Preparation of Deletion Program & T.B.S. (Tariff Based System) 70CC / 125CC for Engineering Development of Pakistan.
