Led structural & architectural team of 40 engineers and inspectors to supervise the execution of construction works. Implemented safety policy & construction procedure and
supervision of tower building projects.
Established and run efficient inspection system and modified procedure for timely inspection and approval of construction activities. Reviewed and approved material, drawings,
construction method statements, conducted progress, engineering and technical meetings,
prepared, supervised the execution of contract scope of construction works. Worked for client consultant and contractor's relation building. Solved technical issues for timely
completion of project and conflicts occurred during execution phase affecting the project cost and time.
