• Leading site engineers and support them to have successful implementation for the ELV systems under high standards to ensure the satisfaction of the client.
• Leading technical support engineers and support them during corrective & preventive maintenance and make sure they are following correct troubleshooting steps and checklist ending with filling the maintenance reports and sign it from the client.
• Improving the technical standards for the implementation team in all project phases.
• Preparing the maintenance checklist and corrective maintenance report for the technical support team.
• Attend pre-sales meetings to support with technical solution for the client request.
• Working hands on with the team for critical projects and complicated system issues.
• Arrange and plan for POCs for the client.
• Preparing technical reports for the higher management for new products to support them with the selection of the technology vendors & partners.
• Support the Project Manager with the Project plan by preparing the project activity list and sequence of work with time duration for each activity against man power.
• Support the Design & Engineering division by providing technical feedback & findings at site in order to take lessons for next projects.
• Chosen as Acting Technical Director when the Technical Director on leave or business trip.
