Design and Providing solutions to Technical Office team for issues related to T&C, Control panels, MEP & Systems.

Following up with site teams on the work progress and milestones related to BMS and TMCS/TVS.

Training for site team to operate systems and troubleshoot to rectify alarms and issues.
Electrotrade is an Authorized Dealer for Reliable Controls in Lebanon and as Head of BMS Department I had the below duties:
- Meeting with consultants & Contractors to promote Reliable Controls.
- Quote Projects in the region.
- Supervising engineers work and make sure the project is done with the required Specs and standards
- Oversee project document submittals and BMS design
- Coordinating with General Manager on hiring and revenue generating ideas
- Establishing a maintenance department to maintain jobs after sales.
Khater Engineering and Trading is an Authorized Dealer for Siemens BMS Controllers in Lebanon.
As BMS Project Engineer my Duties were the following:
- BMS Design and Programming.
- Distributing tasks for the site engineers’ team on daily bases relative to the weekly target.
- Supervising works execution: Site work management, monitoring, Testing, commissioning and handing over.
- Coordinating with the main contractor and reporting on weekly and daily bases for work progress and project timeline.
- Representing the company in site meetings managed by main contractor and reporting to my head of department on weekly bases with project updates and
minutes of meeting.
- KNX Automation System design and execution.
Mechanical Engineering Office is an Authorized Dealer for Delta Controls in Lebanon.
As BMS Engineer my Duties were the following:
- BMS Design and Programming.
- Graphics Interface Design.
- Pricing and Estimation of BMS projects.
- Preparing Document and Material Submittal.
- Drawing engineering Direct Digital Control Diagrams, riser and Shop drawings for the project.
- Supervising all the purchases necessary for the project from the competent suppliers.
- Supervising works execution: Site work management, monitoring, Testing, commissioning and handing over.
- Supervising sub-contractors’ work. Maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Submitting reports periodically.
- HVAC and plumbing shop drawings.
Lab assistant in the Mechanical and Electronics Lab, ensured the safety of lab equipments, and supervised students work for 3 years.
