• Technical review and Site Engineering and construction/installation for Low Current Systems and Network such as Communications and Security Systems i.e., BMS, CCTV, ACS and IDS, Gate Barriers, Traffic Controls, Intercom, PAGA and Fire Alarm and Detection System, FTTx, VoIP, WiFi, SCS for data and network infrastructure, ISP/OSP, including electrical requirements as required.
• Review and approval of contractor’s shop drawing submittals, including calculations as
appropriate to ensure compliance with the design intent.
• Review Contractor technical submittal, technical queries, and field change documents. Monitor the subcontractor for approved material and storage for the project.
• Reviewing the IFC drawings and inspection documents and ensuring to comply with the project specification and client requirements.
• Professional Technical expertise on ELV, ICT Systems like Audio System (PAVA, BGM/PA), Security System, AV System, Building Integration System (BIS/BMS/IBMS).
• Supervises the installation of Fire Alarm system, Access control system, CCTV, BMS system, Data Structure system and Arm Barrier Gate system. Pre-commissioning, & comm’s & testing.
• Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and completed for as-built handover through the QC turnover engineer.
• Evaluate officially received notices of variations to recommend appropriate action and to determine changes in installations.
• Technical coordination with various disciplines like MEP, Architectural and Civil in order to avoid clashes, catch up on program schedule, and avoid future discrepancies.
• Conforming to an applicable international standard for engineering, manufacturing, and
testing; ensuring quality, best practices, and good workmanship.
• Involved in developing/preparing QC Documentation such as ITP and corresponding Checklist and Method of Statement as instructed by the Project Manager.
• Detailed Design Engineering, Project Management, Technical documents, Client & Consultant Management, Implementation & Execution, Testing & Commissioning of ELV, ICT Systems.
• Develop & Detail design for ELV & ICT system for large scale projects like Airports Terminals, Metro’s Buildings & Harbor sites.
• Manage technical review meeting & workshops with Designers, Supplier, Vendors, Consultant & Client for solution-oriented decisions.
•Responsible for ensuring that the work was done is as per Project Specification, Method Statement and as per approved shop drawings. Also to ensure that all approved inspected materials are used. Assisting the Contractor for interpreting drawing and specifications.
• Reviewing the IFC drawings and inspection documents and ensuring to comply with the project specification and client requirements.
• Implemented and enforced company policies and standard operating procedures giving special attention to construction safety standards.
• Review Contractor technical submittal, technical queries and field change document. Monitor theContractor for approved material and storage for the project.
• Coordinate with Engineering Department on technical issues and ensure their compliance with the requirements of the contract, witness and document testing procedures & critical site activities, documented daily construction activities.
• Supervises the installation of Fire Alarm system, Access control system, CCTV, BMS system, Data Structure system and Arm Barrier Gate system. Pre-commissioning, & comm’s & testing.
• Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineer. Responsible for ensuring all the testing equipment are calibrated.
• Responsible for conducting the inspection of all ELV materials before storage, installation and after installation. Preparing of RFI with coordination with client.
• Preparing the hand over documents O&M. Review of O&M manuals with all standard reference codes considered and submit to the consultant.
• Review scope of works and implementation Electrical ELV System activities at site.
• Conducting inspection and Implementation Making follow up at site installation. Attending weekly & Monthly Meetings for Technical, progress and coordination with contractors and clients.
• Managing and being responsible for installation Supervision for the following System Low current system, Lighting control Systems, Dali dimming control systems, structure cabling systems and Intercom System, IP-CCTV systems, Access Control Systems, SMATV System Integration & interface between Background music system & BMS for electrical & mechanical networks () (Such as ELV, Fire Alarm, BMS, PA System, Audio-Visual System, Security Access Control, ICT, Telecom, CCTV) Reviewing Shop Drawings and design drawings installation details and coordination drawings of Electrical systems.
• Supporting sales team for Low current Systems/ Smart Building Automation Systems/ ELV Systems & LCS System Designs, specifies, selects and qualifies designs Lighting control systems used with luminaire Estimation, taking the take-off Follow up with the contractors & the consultants, installation supervision, controllers programming, testing & Configuring and handing over the system.
• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize in client potential in Riyadh. ) (Such as ELV, Fire Alarm, BMS, PA System, Audio-Visual System, Security Access Control, ICT, Telecom, CCTV).
• Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements. Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality Price and delivery. Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client.
• Reviewing Design, Single Line drawing for Sensors in field and devices in Panel Single Line Diagram showing panel devices. Panel Shop Drawing by considering Circuit Detail.
• Managing and being responsible for installation System consisting of home automation lighting control systems, roller Shutter & dimming control systems, interface between Audio Visual & BMS for electrical & mechanical networks. Integration HVAC, CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems.
• Make the required steps for the materials requests, make sure it meets the approved submittals. The smart panels designing, installation & Testing. Reporting project progress to the project sponsors & senior management. Coordinating personnel & managing contractors.

• Supervise a teams of foreman responsible for Conduits installations, Cable Tray installations and cable pulling for Electrical Systems.

• Review shop drawings and preparing technical submittals, Single line, Riser for Lighting Control Systems and Controls for the roller shutter, shaded or Motorized curtain control.
• Testing and Commissioning of Low Current | ELV Systems, Perform Commissioning, Configuration & Integration building automation using automation tool software
• Familiar and Possess training in Honeywell (HBS) HSE Policies.
