Main Duties Performed :
-Prepare daily worksheets for Room Attendants and Public Area Cleaners
-Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
-Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments
-Supervise the work that Room Attendants and Public Area Cleaners do and take
immediate and suitable corrective action in a case where a member of staffs work is
below standard including regular documented spot checks
- Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action
-To act upon guest requests and special requirements where necessary
-Check all vacant and occupied rooms daily so as to ensure they are supplied and
presented to the standards of the hotel
-Monitor unpaid payments and contact related clients.
-Prepare late files to submit them to the lawyer and follow up these files
-Collect payments resulting from the late files submitted to the lawyer
