DAMAC Tower - Amman is a project of 367 luxury residential apartments distributed in a Tower of 34 floors & 3 other buildings along with 31 retail shops.
• Following & managing all the task of the TFM service provider (daily operational activities, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, HK, security, landscaping, Admin and receptionist) • Following up the latest stages of construction works and preparing snag lists. • Following up the mobilization & de-snagging process during the DLP period as well as systems handing over. • Preparing the scope work and getting quotes for de-snagging process • Involved in the handing over process to the clients by applying the handing over procedure and policies. • Following the asset registry process & the planning of PPM master plan. • Following up and preparing the plans for security and HK for the site as per the SLA and requirements. • Following up the customer snags during DLP period. • Planning, leading, organizing and controlling the activities required to perform the maintenance and repair to all environmental, mechanical and electrical systems including: HVAC system, Fire alarm & Firefighting systems, grey water system, booster pumps, MDB, DB, lighting & power panels, metering & billing systems, garbage chute, emergency lighting system, sauna, steam, swimming pools, CO system. • Supervision of all sub-contractors works on site including the fit out sub-contractors. • Uploading and implementing all the tasks and work orders on CAFM system. • Evaluate the performance of the TFM service provider by issuing monthly KPI. • Following up the health & safety plan, activities, and reports. • Planning, design and getting quotes to install new systems on site like CCTV, BMS, and access control. • Following up the fit out works for apartments and retail shops. • Preparing the project budget. • Preparing & implementing energy saving plan.
• Supervising & planning all Preventive, Predictive & corrective maintenance for all equipment and systems
(BMS system, PMS system, CCTV system, GMS system, MDB, MCC, UPS, DB, lighting & power panels,
Elevators, Escalators, HVAC system including AHU, FAHU, FCU, AC Split unit, external lighting, road blockers,
gate barriers, Submersible pumps, hot and chilled water pumps, plumping network, ducting, fire alarm system, firefighting system).
• Supervising & maintaining fire alarm system as well as firefighting system.
• Following up & supervising the work of sub-contractors (SAM for BMS, KAMAL ABBASI for fire alarm system and firefighting, TRAFFIC TECH for PMS & GMS system, SECURITY & DEFENSE for road blockers).
• Using CFMS system (INFOR) for the operation and maintenance process.
• Preparing & execution for energy saving plan.
• Following up CIVIL works / maintenance.
Maintenance head of department in the factory:
Supervising & planning all Preventive, Predictive & corrective maintenance for all machines (CNC and other machines related to wood industries) and facilities.
Supervising & planning Health & safety management system and pest control in the company.
Supervising & maintaining fire alarm system as well as fire fighting system.

1- Supervising & planning all Preventive, Predictive & corrective maintenance for all equipments, plants and electrical systems.(MV switchgears, Chiller plant, Generator plant, Tier 3 Data center, RO plant, SCADA systems for ( RO plant, STP plant, MV network, Generator plant ), UPS, MV RMU, VFD, Soft starters, MDB).
2- Providing Technical Support and recommendations to Contractors.
3- Evaluating the performance of the O&M contractors by preparing monthly KPI.
4- Using CMMS system (MAXIMO) for the operation and maintenance process.
5- Reviewing and approving Electrical drawings (construction, shop drawings and as-built).
6- Supervising Electrical works for Metro Station and 15KM Rail inside the university .
7- Reviewing and approving electrical materials delivered to site to be as per project specs and standards (electrical equipments and systems, panels, cables and wiring accessories).
1- Preparing and executing Preventive maintenance plan for the factory and calibration plan for equipments / devices.
2- Operation and maintenance for two production lines. (TV and washing machine).
3- Modifying / expanding the production lines.
