1.To handle & monitor all customer touch points and provide recommendations & enhancements.
2.Drag daily report of all customer complaints with root causes of issues and stakeholders Dept.
3.Conduct random visit to ZAIN shops and provide findings from customer point of view.
4.Conduct customer experience surveys for different offers & services.
5.Raise the flag upon finding & share it with team & stakeholder.
6. Compare competitors offered services to ZAIN.
7. Build & modify high level processes related to Dept
1-Price negotiation
2-Updating supplier data base ( by contacting current suppliers & getting new).
3-Issuing purchase orders.
4-Ensuring delivery & after sale services (if required).
5-Requesting RFPs.
6-updating data base on ORACLE.
7-creating item codes for logistic if required.
8-Evaluating suppliers.
1- Conducting knowledge sharing sessions.
2- Evaluating customer care agents provided service through all channels.
3- Creating, updating & enhancing customer care processes.
4- Creating FAQs for new packages & services.
5- Supporting technical services by providing troubleshooting procedure.
6- Enhancing FCR ( first call resolution)
