• Review all design stage and make value engineer for the design to achieve the client and Code's requirement.
• Prepare the weekly report and monthly report to submit to the client
• Guidance the consultant team in the Enabling work stage
• Review the time schedule (M.S. Project) for the Enabling work (Shoring, Piling, Dewatering)
Review and studies tender drawings, and
prepare Shop drawings with the
technical staff.
• Review and calculation of the quantities
in the project, and prepare the necessary
documents of architectural and civil
• Review all design stage and make value engineer for the design to achieve the client and Code's requirement.
• Review Shop drawings.
• Review the submitted material as per specifications
• Follow up all structural and architectural details executed.
• We have finished the structural work since last Feb, 2018 and my role now after finishing all structural work is to follow up the Architectural work. And review As Built drawing.
• Follow up safety issue and housekeeping
Review the delivered Shop drawings.
• Check inspects the material delivered to site.
• Follow up the executed works.
• Review method of statements of work.
• Conducting the progress site meeting with the
contractor.
• Chasing/ follow up the deficiency of contractor
progress.
