• Sustains and improves plant operation, maintenance, and systems documentation for a leading organic lube oil recycling plant.
• Manages the plant operations, maintenance, projects, and departments including spare parts, inventory, budget, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Develops maintenance programs such as the maintenance schedule, worker level jobs, structure, manpower utilization & equipment requirements.

• Successful in handling all the Pipe Fabrication/Erection/Project Management works for the lube oil.
• Played a pivotal role in Planning, schedules, conducts, and coordinating detailed phases of piping engineering work for the construction phase of the project.
• Work closely with the Superintendent General utilities in defining scope, schedule and management of interface.
• Assist in preparation of the detailed construction schedule for assigned areas.
• Scheduling Master plan and monthly plan for piping fabrication/erection activities, to monitor the Structure/fabrication/piping progress in accordance with the Project schedules.
• Assessing and clearing all the technical Queries involved in Isometric Drawings during
the project execution phase.
• Scheduling weekly progress as per the projected planned targets.
• Finalizing reports for the Weekly meetings.
• Coordination and Initial Planning for streamlined pipe spool feed to site for laying and erection
of pipes at site.
• Fully accountable to Establish and maintain the construction planning system and procedures.
• Ability to interpret Piping Isometric (Weld Map) drawings, P&ID’s along with Steel Structural Drawings and Equipment Drawings.
• Provide on-site Look-ahead schedule and work front to achieve the project objectives, according to the plan and procedures set by team.
• Performing employee reviews and identifying training and development opportunities for staff within area of responsibility.
• Establishes and assists in establishing the detailed project execution plan and the development of the overall project engineering and schedule
• Directs and coordinates Piping engineering activities for the project on assigned areas including supervision of engineers to meet project goals and objectives.
• Handling of Hydro test Packages and Planning for execution of hydro tests on a look ahead schedule.
• Modification and repair work for mechanical and piping activities during commissioning phase.
• Ensures the Zero Accident Philosophy is incorporated into every aspect of construction/commissioning operation. Actively participates in scheduled safety meetings.
• Management, in assigned areas of all field erection and installation supervision including safety, quality, labor relations and waste management, and adherence to work plans and schedule.
• Support development of the final construction methodology and work prioritization.
• Project Erection of Boiler Structure and Pressure Parts and Coal Piping as per schedule.
• Hydro Test of Boiler (Drainable & Non-Drainable).
• Planning of monthly/weekly Erection/Welding of Boiler supporting structures, pressure parts, duct, pulverized system coal piping, APH, fuel oil piping as per Programs/schedule.
• Execution in Boiler Structure, Pressure Parts and Coal Piping.
• Identifying and organizing material/manpower required for erection work of boiler.
• Selecting & approving best consumables & materials to achieve quality as per requirement.
• Installation of Vacuum Tanks with connections of Condensers.
• Responsible for Erection and Fabricating of Oil Storage tanks.
• Installation of all above Storage tanks.
• Maintain of Nitrogen plant with the capacity of 100Nm3/hr pressure swing absorption system.
• Maintain of Softener plant with the capacity of 80 ton/day.
• Maintain of lube Air compressor (125 psi).
