Being in charge of the whole company, from day to day issues to developing strategies for the business growth; my role and responsibilities included the followings:
• Successfully implementing the company policy.
• Developing strategic plans.
• Building and maintaining an effective management team.
• Managing the operations of the company in a manner that achieves its mission and goals while maintaining a positive attitude that promotes team work among employees and a favorable image of the company.
• Controlling finance.
• Managing two Projects of installing two water bottling production line with a capacity of 50, 000 BPH at two different locations.

Being reported to the owner of the group; my duties were those of an acting General Manager which included:
• Planning, developing, organizing, and directing the activities of all department of the company.
• Personally managing the purchasing and manufacturing departments focusing on cost reduction while maintain a high quality of the product.
• Promoting team work and keeping staff motivated to get their best performance.
• Responsible for day to day operations and decisions taking into consideration details of all aspects of the business.

• Managing the process of procurement and sustainment of the entire wireless Communication systems, Navigational Aids Systems, and test equipment of RJAF.
• Managing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases through the American Military Aid Program (MAP).
• Supervising tenders that were dedicated to procurement and sustainment of these systems.
• Supervising the logistics for the procurements of these systems.

• Managed three academic sections; the Electronic section, IT and Laboratory section and the Supply and Logistic section.
• Managed the academic and administrative staff of the Electronic branch that exceeded forty instructors of different specialties and more than four hundred students and supervised the teaching programs of a two and half-year Diploma-courses in Electronics, IT and Logistics and various training courses for RJAF's staff.

• Had the overall responsibility of the quality program and its implementation.
• Performed root cause analysis and advised corrective actions.
• Managed internal audits and management reviews.
• Prepared the PMEL Quality manual and made reviews when required.

• Had the overall responsibility for the technical operations in the PMEL
• Managed calibration, adjustment, troubleshooting and repair processes of a yearly load that exceeds 6000 various test equipment and test station owned by RJAF, Jordan Armed Forces, Royal Jordanian Air lines and other private companies.
• Managed PMEL personnel and developed training plans to ensure meeting mission requirements.

• Assigned as a lab Engineer (supervisor) for the Microwave Lab, Physical lab, the Electro-optical lab, AC/DC lab, and Dimensional Lab.
• Performed calibration, adjustment, and repair processes for a wide variety of standards, test equipment, hydraulic and electrical test stations and jet engines test stations.

• Maintained a Ground radar station, and managed a team of radar technicians.
