• Establish a new billing department and that include gathering requirements, request for proposal, technical evaluation, awarding and project implementation.
• Integrate new system with internal systems and external systems like SADAD (Saudi payment company).
• Manage contractual cost, payments, SOW, SLA, KPI and project deliverables.
• Design the invoice layout, products, plans and rating engine.

• IBM internal audit compliance tasks and internal status updates.
• Weekly status update report to client and IBM management.
• Work closely with technical`s to facilitate project completion.
• Manage and own day-to-day operational issues/activities
• Deliver accounts following ITIL model and best practices.
- Gather detailed business end-users requirement.

- Maintain in regular base the Servers Box, File system, databases and adapters.
- Member of the upgrade team from BRM 7.0 to 7.4.
- Analyzing the root cause for most coming issues.
- Administrate the daily activity on the system.
- First point of contact for system issues
- Release changes/fixes on the system and rollback if needed
- Support business teams for any new requirements
- Working with business Users to get the report requirement.
- Coordinate between IT teams to validate the reports.
- Develop scripts to facilitate the extraction of reports using SQL and UNIX shell.
