• Establish a new billing department and that include gathering requirements, request for proposal, technical evaluation, awarding and project implementation.
• Integrate new system with internal systems and external systems like SADAD (Saudi payment company).

- Administrate the daily activity on the system.

- Release changes/fixes on the system and rollback if needed
- Support business teams for any new requirements
- Working with business Users to get the report requirement.
- Coordinate between IT teams to validate the reports.
- Develop scripts to facilitate the extraction of reports using SQL and UNIX shell.
