In my current position I manage Oracle E-Business and Siebel CRM production and DR environments. I completed a successful data center move of over 200 servers. I play an active role in reviewing technical proposal for new or improve operating procedures of projects to evaluate the effectiveness of the solution. I manage development team to design, configure and customize application to support business process and needs. I work closely with the business to develop IT related recommendation, SOW, RFIs, and RFPs. I managed production environment of oracle EBS. I also implemented changes to oracle portal environment. I was a liaison between developers and DBA team for work to be performed in dev, test environments.
