I have created direct and long term relationships with their decision makers, answered their networking related questions - with the help of a Cisco System Engineers, handled their current orders, and guided them to the latest Cisco advanced technologies to improve and develop their networks and increase Cisco revenue.

I joined Bank Al-Jazira and worked in customer services and I attended a lot of banking courses during the three months I stayed with them.
Information Technology Touch (iTTouch), now called Pixel Soft, was a new small software and web development company. I participated in establishing it. I handled its management and developed its consulting Services as a Professional Services Consultant. Responsibilities briefly included project planning and scheduling, project costing, project management, personal selection and evaluation.
Made a program that deals with the Quraan ( searching for an ayha, searching for a word, counting the number of words, and other things ). Leaded some groups outside the university. Taught some people outside the university English and Java.
I developed the IT manpower outsourcing system for supplying Saudi Aramco with manpower.
As an assistance of the overall project manager of a huge project implemented for Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, I managed and developed a good relationship with the client and the subcontractors. I also worked as a networking engineer and administrator and participated in implementing some other sub-projects, such as, Tivoli, Networking, and Oracle ERP.
I graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in Saudi Arabia. My major is Information & Computer Science (ICS). Courses taken include Java programming language, Design & Analysis of Algorithms, Database Systems, Operating Systems, Software Engineering, Principles of Programming Languages, Data Communication and Networking, Internet and Web Applications Development, Data Compression, Computer Graphics, Computer Architecture, Technical Reporting, Principles of Management, and International Relations.
I attended an Oracle database administration course during my cooperative training period. This course was offered by Oracle University. It is the first in a series of courses that cover the core database administrator tasks. The tasks covered in the course were: • Outlining the Oracle architecture. • Planning and creating databases. • Managing the memory, process, physical, and logical structures. • Managing database users by controlling and monitoring their actions. • Using the Globalization Support features.
