My responsibilities include:
Networking with activists in the specific business Ecosystem
Feasibility study on different business proposal
Business development on the new projects
At the moment the main focus of the company is blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and mining
I am currently super-visioning 6 branches, including:
Ahwaz, Shiraz, Isfahan, Amol, Gorgan, & Yazd in operations.
There are 5 distinct areas that the branch managers report to me on a weekly basis:
- Account Receivables
- Payment Conditions
- Distribution
- Warehousing
- Quality Management System
My job includes a lot of travels to these 6 cities and conducting meetings with operations teams.
I visit each branch every month.
I served as a supply chain planning expert in the Golrang Industrial Group's chain stores company, i.e. Ofogh Kourosh, in which I monitored all the processes from purchasing the products from the suppliers, storing them in the warehouses, and the way delivering them to the stores in the shelves for customers to buy. The position that I filled required an exhaustive look on the company and high analytical skills, therefore, I was almost involved in all of the ongoing projects in the company and took part in the important sessions on a daily basis.
I was on a Research appointment with the IE Department of the College of Engineering at the University of Miami. I Applied Social Network and Statistical Analysis Techniques in New Product Development and Marketing areas. During this period, I developed my research qualities as well as encoding and software utilization skills.
