Work in Position of Spare Parts Sales Engineer With Following Responsibilities:
•Obtain enquiries and study their documents.
•Obtain offers from our suppliers and prepare tender calculations and evaluations.
•Discuss and negotiate client about technical specifications.
•Review spare parts sales for last two years and then classify them into grades as per their consumption rate.
•Recommending stores and purchasing department about lower storing level for critical items.
•Classifying clients as per their consumption into levels of priority and encouragement.
•Improve sales efficiency by shrinking spare parts lead time and reducing sales prices as a result of reduce overseas shipping cost.

Work in Position of Materials Planning Engineer With Following Responsibilities:
•Analyzing each job order with contract department, creating exploding drawing and time schedule chart represents manufacturing progressing, installation steps and delivery time.
•Estimating required materials for each job. Categorizing them into groups depending on their lead time, availability, scheduled time to use and are they general or special materials.
•As per done jobs time charts and approved installation time. Materials demand and consumption charts done as monthly reports.
•Consumption charts, supplier lead time hint suggested low stock level for each item.
•Prepare claims for rejected materials and follow up with suppliers to settle the claims.

•Classify production yard machines into categories such that, each one consists of common purpose machines.
•Perform preventative maintenance schedules for each machine as per service manual provided from manufacturer.
•Perform routine maintenance processes and prepare reports explain machines situation for management.
•Coordinate with production department to modify common plan guarantees machine switch off never affects production sequences.
• Coordinate with workshop supervisor to arrange machines operators training on instructions they have to follow before machine’s switch on, through running checking and after switch off.
•Modify control systems of machines and improve manual systems to automatic systems

Work in Position of Materials Planning Engineer & Inventory Controller With Following Responsibilities:
•Review sales orders and production schedules in order to complete the materials planning and delivery dates.
•Scheduling materials to be issued to production as per weekly production plan and monitor the consumption rate of materials.
•Control and monitor the stock level of critical materials and generate purchase orders for materials reach the minimum stock level.
•Improve efficiency of warehouse area, by apply vertical storage method and divide materials in store under three categories: Old stock, fast stock and rejected materials.
•Prepare inventory and materials consumption monthly report for management.
•Prepare claims for rejected materials and follow up with suppliers to settle the claims.

From 15/09/2006 To 30/06/2007
Work in Position of Production Administrator With Following Extra Responsibilities:

•Control and monitor sales orders had been issued to production then, distribute missions, manpower and time duration for each line.
•Manage manpower and organize their duty shifts and overtimes regarding to submitted orders.
•Prepare production plan and monthly schedules as per sales orders and delivery date.orders and delivery date.
•Develop manufacturing processes to improve plant efficiency and maximize productivity.
•Analyze issued sales orders then, perform chart shows client's demands as a function of time.
•Forecast and detecting of expected future sales orders depending on previous issued sales orders and sales statistic charts had been performed.
