As a Business Development Manager, based in Dubai, responsible for overall operations of the Commerce Main Wholesale Division, worth AED 300M and which manages the distribution of some of the world’s most renowned brands which are also the category leaders like Quaker Oats, Taj Mahal Saffron, Fritolay’s, Alpen, Weetabix, Post, Mother’s Recipe, Ajinomoto, Halwani, Heart Light, Capilano, Fantastic, Gits and many more.

Responsibilities as a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER-
• Preparing Brand wise Region wise Annual Business Plan for the Division along with the estimated GP for each brand.
• Preparing short-term and long-term Joint Business Plans for all the brands within the portfolio, in consensus with the Brand owners or representatives, in line with brand’s vision and strategy.
• Achieving Brand wise Annual Budgets with healthy Margins.
• Portfolio and Resource optimization.
• Ensuring all the brands are given due importance and focus by the team in terms of Numeric Distribution, Primary and Secondary visibility, Share of Shelf & seasonal Activations in all the regions and across all channels.
• Route Optimization through right Product-Mix, right Placement at the right Price.
