Working as a Cataloging Engineer (BOM Linkage Project) in FrPD (Fire Protection Department) Saudi Aramco Dhahran.
To perform coordinating, reviewing, Cataloging services of Equipment / Spare Parts and deliver a complete structured descriptions of equipment, general supply, spare parts and link the Equipment with Bill of Materials (BOM). To review Equipment / spare parts from vendors or contractors, to ensure all back up / supporting documents required from OEM / OCM for proponent / MRO are available & certified. Coordinate with manufactures & vendors representatives regarding Equipment / spare parts quotations, datasets, drawings & other related documents
Working as a Cataloging Engineer (BOM Linkage Project) in SHAYBAH NGL plant Saudi Aramco.
Work as part of proactive team of support staff responsible for providing the very highest
level of technical support to clients (Aramco) and the internal staff.
Job description / Role:
* Working on Active Directory and controlling IT user accounts.
* Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company wide.
* Implementing Security and User Policies for local systems.
* Provide maintenance support and break-fix solutions.
* Provide technical support via helpdesk systems for a wide range of internal & external
applications.
* Configure & maintain Microsoft Exchange e-mail accounts.
* Follow documented processes i e implementing change control procedures
Designing & Develoing Database forms, reports.Installed, Configured & maintained Oracle Forms & Reports. Managing & monitoring of backups.
