Business Tax Consultancy
• Actively involved in advising clients on tax/legal and zakat implications in Saudi Arabia including tax issues arising on offshore transactions; Advising tax efficient business set-up/structures to new companies; Advising various multinational clients on the preparation of tax returns and providing corporate tax advisory services to clients
• Review of proposed business structures, transactions and agreements from the Saudi Arabian tax perspective
• Preparing due diligence reports for various clients
• Identifying the possible exposures to tax in Saudi and recommending ways to modify and/or restructure agreements so that the resulting tax incidence is minimized
• Preparing the Income tax and withholding tax returns of various clients.
• Advising client to save tax by analyzing the tax treaties
• Conducting review of contracts, identifying withholding/corporate tax exposures and advising clients on mitigating factors including vetting from tax perspective
